Stall Confirmations
Stall confirmations were sent by email on May 9. If you did not receive a confirmation and are planning to attend, please email the Secretary at woodbinestalls@gmail.com. Modifications to existing reservations should also be submitted by email; text messages and phone calls will not be accepted.
Summer Stall Reservations
Trainers need to complete a *new* reservation form for each show that they plan to attend this summer. Reservations submitted prior to Monday, May 6, are no longer in the system. Reservations will be acknowledged with a confirmation email sent one month prior to the show.
Entry Reminders
As a reminder, entries must be submitted online and should include classes. Blank entries have not been rejected for this show, but will be in the future. Adds and drops are permitted through the end of the show day on Saturday. If you submitted a blank entry, please add your (expected) classes by Thursday, May 23, to assist us with planning.
