If you are registered in a recognized division (non opportunity/academy) your number will not be given out unless the horse, owner, rider AND trainer are members of BOTH the United States Equestrian Federation and the United States Hunter-Jumper Association as a COMPETING MEMBER.You may become a member up until the day of the show without being charged a Non-Member Fee.
