This includes: Participant's agreement with county office signature, Volunteer Agreement, Medical History and medical release, and Murieta Equestrian Center Waiver of liability.Credit card payments must be made on the UCANR website at: http://4h.ucanr.edu/4-H_Events/Horse_Classic/ There will be a 4% charge for all credit card payments. Check or money order may be sent in with paperwork to the state office.
