Add/Scratch Policy for the Fair
We would like everyone added into their classes no later than the day before it is scheduled to start. Per the prize list specs we will be enforcing the $10 per class same day add penalty, however we will not be enforcing the same day scratch fee of $5 per class provided the class is scratched in the office on the official scratch sheet prior to the start of the class.
Grand Prix Check-in Will be Friday at 6pm
Grand Prix declarations are due by Noon Friday
