Large Number of Merit Riders: Hopeful + Pre-Child will Move to Ring 2
It appears that all of the merit divisions will split due to large numbers. As of now, it looks like the Hopeful and Pre-Child/Adult will run earlier by moving to Ring 2. We will officially make the decision tomorrow, but be advised of possible change. Schooling prior to divisons will be allowed.
